These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the services provided by Fixolar Engineering ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with solar panel systems, including maintenance, upgrades, cleaning, software updates, expansions, removal and reinstallation, site visits for service estimates or new installations, repair of solar water heaters, and our annual membership program. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are in accordance with state contractor electrical and architectural laws to ensure the highest quality of service.

1. Scope of Services

Fixolar Engineering offers a variety of services related to solar panel systems, including but not limited to:

  • Maintenance: Regular and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of your solar panel system.

  • Upgrades: Enhancements to existing systems, including hardware and software updates to improve efficiency.

  • Cleaning: Professional cleaning services designed to maximize energy production by removing debris and dirt from panels.

  • Expansions: System expansions to increase energy production, including the addition of new panels and components.

  • Removal and Reinstallation: Safe and efficient removal and reinstallation of solar panel systems, either for relocation, repairs, or upgrades.

  • Site Visits: Professional evaluations and consultations for potential solar installations, maintenance assessments, or system expansions.

  • Repair of Solar Water Heaters: Specialized repair services for solar water heating systems to ensure continuous operation and efficiency.

  • Annual Membership Program: Our Diamond Membership offers pre-contracted annual services, providing priority access to maintenance, repairs, and other services. Members receive expedited service and exclusive benefits.

2. Compliance with State Laws

All services provided by Fixolar Engineering are carried out in strict compliance with state contractor laws, including electrical and architectural regulations. Our team is fully licensed and certified to perform the work required, and we adhere to all safety and quality standards mandated by state laws. This ensures that our services meet the highest industry standards and provide long-term reliability and safety.

3. Service Agreements

Before commencing any work, Fixolar Engineering will provide a detailed service agreement outlining the scope of work, estimated costs, and timeline for completion. This agreement must be signed by both parties before any services are rendered. Any changes to the agreed-upon services will require an updated agreement or amendment.

4. Payment Terms

Payments for services rendered by Fixolar Engineering are due according to the terms specified in the service agreement. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the agreement. We reserve the right to halt work if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

Fixolar Engineering guarantees that all work will be performed to the highest standards of quality and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. We offer warranties on both labor and materials, as specified in your service agreement. Any issues arising within the warranty period will be addressed promptly and at no additional cost to you.

6. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information about your existing solar system and property.

  • Ensuring that the work area is accessible and safe for our technicians.

  • Complying with any recommendations made by Fixolar Engineering to ensure the ongoing performance of your solar system.

7. Diamond Membership Program

Fixolar Engineering offers an exclusive Diamond Membership, which includes pre-contracted annual services for your solar system. Members enjoy priority access to all maintenance, repairs, and other services. Diamond members are guaranteed faster response times, exclusive discounts, and additional benefits not available to non-members. Membership is renewed annually and is subject to the terms outlined in the membership agreement.

8. Limitations of Liability

While Fixolar Engineering takes every precaution to ensure the safety and effectiveness of our services, we are not liable for:

  • Any pre-existing conditions or damages not related to the work performed.

  • Delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or third-party actions.

  • Any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use your solar system.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice, provided that all outstanding payments are settled and any work in progress is appropriately concluded. In the event of termination by the customer before the completion of the agreed services, the customer may be liable for payment of work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the services are provided. Any disputes arising from these terms or related services will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts within the applicable state.
